    If you are looking for a flexible meal plan then look no further.

    We have different meal plan packages which are designed with flexibility in mind, so you can structure the meals around your week with the idea being to save time by preparing each recipe either once or twice for each week.

    As a bonus each week you will receive lots of snack ideas along with some bonus recipes and a shopping list.

    You will find recipes for balancing hormones, improving your gut and brain health and revitalising your overall health and wellbeing.

  • Consultations

    Looking for one to one nutrition consultations?

    One off consults are available to help you understand your nutrition goals and how to achieve them as well as ongoing support and guidance to help you stay on track to reach your goals.

    These can be bought in conjunction with the a meal plan or stand alone consultations.

We pride ourselves on being ‘non diet-y’ nutritionists, instead focusing on adding foods into your diet and implementing long lasting lifestyle changes that promote health and wellbeing.

At Nutrition by Charlotte we provide one to one consultations to help you meet your goals along with healthy balanced meal plans which are designed to support gut, heart and brain health. We are flexible in our approach and can provide one or both of these to suit your goals.
